"I found the site easy..."
I found the site easy to get around, though maybe I’m just not as picky as some people. The menus made sense to me, pages loaded without any issues, and I was able to find the stories I wanted without clicking around forever. It felt clean and simple overall, not confusing at all.

I was a little frustrated at first because it took a few emails to get everything sorted. Support did fix my order eventually, which I appreciated, but the back-and-forth definitely tested my patience a bit.

I was pleased with how my order from Whalebone showed up. The packaging was better than I expected, and everything arrived looking clean and in good shape.
The box felt sturdy, and the items inside were packed securely without being excessive. I’ve had packages from other places show up a little rough, so it was nice not having to worry about anything being bent or scratched.
It’s a small detail, and maybe not something everyone notices, but I do think it makes the whole order feel more cared for. Nothing flashy, just solid packaging and a good experience overall.

I opened it on my phone and everything loaded quickly. The articles were easy to scroll through, and I didn’t have to deal with weird popups getting in the way, which has been an issue for me on other sites before. Overall, it’s a nice little site and simple to use.

I really like the items on whalebonemag.com, and the site was easy to shop around on. Everything showed up fine, delivery was totally normal, no drama there. But the shipping cost? I nearly had to sit down for a second. It felt a little high for what I ordered, and it definitely made me pause before checking out. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish the shipping was a bit more reasonable so I wouldn’t feel like I was funding a cross-country expedition...

It felt like a preventable issue with a little more planning. Still a decent experience, just wish it had been more organized.

I ordered a hoodie and a hat from Whalebone, and overall I’m happy with both. The hoodie feels soft but still has some weight to it, and the print looked good even after I washed it. The hat feels solid too. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, and I did wish the instructions/details around the order were a bit clearer, but the items themselves are good quality.

The tracking didn’t really move for a few days or so, which made me wonder what was going on. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I’d probably order again if I didn’t need it right away

"Promo was alright, but I expected way more"
I signed up because of the promo, and yeah, it did save me a little bit, so I can’t act like it did absolutely nothing. The site was easy enough to use and the whole process was painless, which I appreciated.
But once shipping and taxes showed up, the deal suddenly felt like it shrank into a tiny little crumb of savings. I expected more actual value from the offer, so I was a bit disappointed, even though nothing went seriously wrong

Customer service took longer than I expected to get back to my email. Annoying. But once they replied, they were friendly and did sort everything out. Relief. I just wish the response time had been quicker
